I've been busy! Here's why...

Hiya guys! I'm letting you all know that I am hoping this will be the last consecutive week that there won't be a freebie given on friday. I have been super busy with paintings, invitations, and birth announcements. I just haven't had the chance to make any new items, and since I don't like giving old ones, everyone's just going to have to be patient.

Here's what I've been working on:

11x14" Dora Painting
7x11" Hello Kitty Name Art Painting
6x4" Birthday Party Invitation
6x4" Birth Announcement

Freebie Friday #8

This week's Freebie Friday is a fun one. I've created 13 different 12x12" pattern overlays that you can apply to papers. Each of the 13 patterns are actually not black and white, but black and transparent. Grids, Diamonds, Polka-dots, Polka-dots in various sizes, diagonal lines, chevron, squares and more!

You can grunge them up and apply them, or just apply them as they are. Very easy to create many different looking papers with this set alone.
Enjoy, and remember, you can always share your creations with me in the comment section below!
For some reason, there's an error that I can't find or figure out when I zip these freebies. I am working on fixing it.

I have fixed the Error with the Zip file, so now you can download all the files at once here:

Juner Designer Challeneger - Week 3

This week I have a bunch of fun stuff. Funky Ribbons, dark solid colors, Embossed buttons, fasteners, glittery paper clips, tickets, and much more. I even created a cool 3D paper (below) to go along with the fun house idea.

Kinda cool right? Click to view it bigger. Due to the bright colors (a sharp yellow texture, and a blurred orange texture) contrasted against a darker background it tricks your brain into making it look 3D!

Share it Saturday!

Because I haven't had a whole ton of time to share a lot of stuff I have been working on, I'm gonna share something I made yesterday to remember my daughter's awesome 4th birthday (It was in September but I just now got around to making a scrapbook page for it)
I designed her invitations and her VIP passes to match a theme found at party city. The colors are nearly exact. She had a ton of fun that day!

I'm putting together some elements and papers that I used here for a kit. Stay tuned! :)

Fighting Pink Digital Scrapbook Kit is now for sale!

You can now purchase this kit from my Etsy Store! For $12 usd you will receive 2 alpha kits, over 45 elements, and 16 papers of various sizes.

This kit is perfect for anyone who wants to creatively document their fight or remember a loved one. The purchase of the kit comes with full commercial permissions. (The Read Me File will explain more)

I spent a lot of time on the designs in these kits. There's detail in certain elements that directly involves breast cancer awareness (besides the obvious pink ribbons). I have even gone as far as making a button that resembles a nipple, heart cut outs from an article about breast cancer and even a paper made from old bra advertisements.

A great buy for sure!

Share it Saturday #3

So my sister Kim gave birth to her daugher this week and I have decided to share some of my creations I have done with photos I have taken of her. She is such a cutie! I love holding her. I think she's the tiniest baby I have ever held.

Today (It was supposed to be yesterday but I forgot!) I am giving away a 13 cutouts of various colors and styles. I made templates of the 3 shapes (inchworm, heartbeat, and wave) from scans I did of actual paper, so you get some real texture to them too. I have made flowers from them. The preview shows them at 30% of the actual size. Enjoy!

This file is now expired! Keep coming back to the blog for more freebies next week!

Share it Saturday #2

This is a 7x14" acrylic on stretched canvas that I did for my sister's baby shower.  Jenialyse was due a few days ago and we are still awaiting her arrival. (Pronounced Jenny- A lise)

This was a gift done for a friend who gave birth to a little girl. I like how busy the painting looks. It's kind of my style to use different patterns and colors. I like the contrast and the fact that even though I painted it, I can search the painting for hidden things.

This is one of my favorite ones. It was a painting I was asked to do, and unfortunately the person who asked me to make it just abandoned it. I am willing to sell this painting if you know someone named KENDAL, leave me a comment below.

This was an 8x10 Mario themed painting I did for an old family friend with 2 little boys. It was the first one I did when I started in 2012.  Personally, I have a deep love and appreciation for Mario Brothers. I have great memories of playing the Mario games, so I am very fond of them!

Last week I shared a vector drawing I did of a little boy who was involved in a car accident with his mom and 2 younger brothers. Today he is striving and doing great. This was an 11x14" Painting I did of all 3 of the boy's silhouettes. I overlapped them from oldest to youngest and gave it to their parents on the day of the benefit that was thrown for them. They faced losing Tyler, because he had severe brain injuries and they spent a lot of time in the hospital, but today, even though things aren't the same, he is making great strides and improving more and more as time goes on. I'm proud of him!
